Simple roasted potatoes wedges and a nice dish crispy something similar to steak fries

There’s been potatoes I’ve always been kind of a family flavor. It’s kind of like having a large fry. You can enjoy use your hands for us. Typically, they have enough flavor on them that you don’t need sauce but if you want you kid.

Ingredients I only need

  • Potatoes in this case, we typically use roasted potatoes, but you could use so use red potatoes or you come on gold typically or potato in about six pieces they flat and you kind of thin help and cook faster. Makes it to other crisp on time on the inside.

  •  Preparing you wash off the skins of the potatoes make sure that there’s no dirt. I don’t really wanna have that food while eating it.

  • Had the potatoes to a bowl with the oil also seasonings and then shake the potatoes until everything is mixed in. Variations that you can try

Ingredients
  

  • Six potatoes for about 2 pounds
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven oven to 400°F
  2. Cut a potato about half an inch thick
  3. Add potatoes to a bowl
  4. Add oil another ingredients to the bowl and mixed together
  5. Please stand for it on a baking sheet for your cleanup
  6. Sliced potatoes and a single layer of baking sheet
  7. Bake for 20 minutes and flip and bake for another 20 minutes. Both sides are crispy.
  8. Warm and enjoy
