I would think it would work really well with most sauces. We have trying with lots of different bbq sauces and they all have worked. Yes we have tried lots of different seasoning it does get faded out by the sauce some but just depends on what you went to add in flavor. But it does tend to take more then normal to get the extra flavor you may even want to mix the seasoning with the sauce and taste to see if it has the affect you want. The way we get them so tender is like they say low and slow. Cook on low and cook in the sauce make it so nice and tender so they don’t dry out. You can also added carrots or potatoes and let them good as well. Thank you for your time and hope it goes well. Happy to hear if you have any feedback back for us.

These ribs sound absolutely mouthwatering! I love how versatile the recipe seems to be with different sauces and seasonings. The tip about cooking them low and slow makes perfect sense for that melt-in-your-mouth texture. Adding carrots or potatoes sounds like a great way to make it a complete meal. I’m curious, have you ever tried using a homemade barbecue sauce instead of store-bought? I wonder if it would enhance the flavor even more. Also, how long do you usually cook them to achieve that perfect tenderness? I’m excited to try this recipe and see how it turns out!
