Reason that you’re gonna love the soup

    • Simple to make
    • Has an amazing flavor
    • Budget friendly
    • Has a nice warm festive flavor

    Ingredients that you’ll need

    • chicken- breast works really well for this as even if you dry it out a little cooking it is should so you don’t notice when I have used thigh meat it can make it a little fatty in my opinion
    • corn- normally we will us canned corn for this as that is what we have on had a lot of the time it also not much work to prepare you can also use frozen
    • poblano pepper- has a nice pepper flavor to the dish it also adds a little  bit of color you can also use bell peppers for this but I like the heat that the poblano brings on
    • Fajita seasoning- fajitas mix we have liked using the grill master mojito lime marinade mix but you could also make you own or try this recipe for it from simply joy
    • sour cream- helps and a nice creamy flavor just make sure the soup is not boiling when add or it could break up in the soups
    • chicken broth- we like to use a low sodium broth but what ever broth works for you you also can use a vegetable broth if you would like or if you want to try your hand at a chicken broth you could try this recipe
    • onion- just helps added some extra favor and a little crunch
    • shredded cheese- we just normally use cheddar cheese but most melty cheese will work
Close a picture of the peppers and onion cooking together in the pot

    How to make the soup

Get all the ingredients together like to start to get the chicken. Browned and the corn and peper and onion

Then in a pot added the chicken broth chicken corn and peper and onion and mix

Then take off of heat and added sour cream

And added sour cream and serve

The chicken has been kind of open and kicking in a pattern. Onions peppers are being kicked in another pot small pot. We were able to kick them at the same time. Otherwise he can just kick them each individually. People want to make more messy dishes.

    Variations you can make

    • I tried changing out the protein that’s used. You could also use pork or beef or you could make a vegetarian, depending on what you’re using. You may want to also check on the broth that you’re using as well so that it matches you to have a similar flavor
    • Extra heat by having jalapeño for extra cayenne
    • For a little bit of extra Chris crunch, you can also add some salary
    • Can you just want some crunch? Chicken can also use chips and some chips for the pictures for last night to look it’ll be nicer.
The broth cream have all been added with the peppers and onions as well how mixed together, consistency, and pepper sticking out

    Shoring

For storing out in an airtight container and you can store for up to 3 days with no problem.
    FAQ

Do we need to cook these each separately or can it got together?

Are you can cook it altogether to make it for best result we recommend that you cook it separately so that you get the best flavor out of each part of the dish
