    The rice is a nice yellow color from the seasoning. Corn and onion has a nice coloring to it steak is sliced and sitting on top

    Some reason that I think you’re gonna love 

    •  it’s budget friendly
    • It’s easy to meal prep
    • Made very quickly
    • Parts of it can be made ahead of time
    • Make small alterations for meal prep with tired of it

    Ingredients that you need to make this dish

    • steak- for the steaks we try new shrimp but any steak will work. I try and have about 4 ounces of steak white bowl. We have 16 ounce steak if you get all and break it up between all of them instead of having four separate pieces.
    • rice - rice is the base of this dish you can also uses mashed potatoes as well that can be delicious 
    • abobo seasoning - this is a great savory seasoning  used used in many to be used in Spain and Portugal
    • Cooking oil like to use oil so things don’t stick to the pan also helps the steak to caramelize help transfer heat evenly throughout. You could also use butter with this tends to burn you throw it up at the very beginning, but you can also help add some flavor.
    • corn- do use canned corn mix easy just dump out heat it up. You’re a little nice color and also add a little bit of extra seasoning to it and can you do it if you don’t like corn you can remove or you can have just half the.
    • onion brown onions I like to use red onions just because they tend to have a little bit nicer color to use but depending on what kind of onions you wanting, you can use pretty much any kind of onion that you’d like even shallots. Some people think that they have a Hercher flavor that comes out I think for the most part once I cooked they all pretty much have the same flavor, but they have a little bit. Better luck to him.
    • lime juice -Lyme just helps out a little bit of acidity come to the dish so that you have that extra part of the flavor and helps bring out some other flavors that goes really nicely with it. I also helped cut through a little bit of the fatness of the steak, depending on how much fat on it

    How we make this sliced steak rice bowl

    Cooking the rice

    Start by cooking the rice, add rice and water and into a boil I could cook for about 15 minutes on tower of high tender move from heat double seasoning

    Cooking steak had a small amount of oil with a pan medium heat side of the steak and cook it flipping as needed until you get an internal temperature of 145°F

    Had a little bit more oil to the pan onions until they come slightly translucent, then add the corn cocktail, tender and lime juice over the top

    Had them on a raise that you’d like to the ball then I had some corn onions sliced up the steak, then put on top

    Steak has a nice browning on it and onions and corn are all nicely cooked

    Variations that you could try

    • Try changing the protein this also goes well with chicken or pork
    • You can also change the vegetables by using peas or diced carrot/
    • Diced jalapeño can also be a nice touch
    • Seasoning can also be a nice change
    • Also really like to have this with mashed potatoes

    Ingredients Equipment Method

    Ingredients
      

    • 4 steak strips about 16 oz
    • 1 cup rice
    • 2 cups water
    • 2 teaspoon abobo seasoning
    • 2 Cooking oil
    • ~15 oz Can corn
    • One medium sized onion pill, and diced
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice

    Equipment

    • rice cooker or pot
    • Frying pan

    Method
     

    1. Start rice cooking rice added rice to a pot and added water bring to a baoil the reduce to simmer and let cooked for about 15 min covered(if you have a rice cooker you can just used that make it easier) well rice is cooking. Continue with next step.
    2. Put a pan of a medium had a little bit of cooking oil add steak side and cook until reaches internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit
    3. Post heat, not rest tallest steak is roasting and onion and corn to the pan who can tell onion. This translation and corn is tender. About four minutes.
    4. When the race is done, cooking from here stir up like a puppy at a adobo seasoning.
