Ingredients
For the Korean Ground Beef
- ground beef- we tend to use a 80/20 mix but if you can use a lower fat content. You will not have to pour off or remove as much fat . An also use any kind of ground meat that try
- garlic- give a nice earthy flavor and some great fragrance. You will want to to mince them don't Cooke garlic to long or it will burn and give off w bitter flavor
- ginger- gives a bright citric flavor also helps with smell you will want to peel and then shrewd before adding
- low-sodium soy sauce- you can use what ever soy sauce that you would kike but recommend low sodium soy sauce as a lot of people try to hold back on sodium
- brown sugar-helps and sweetness to the meal and also helps thing kind of carmize from the sugar
- sesame oil- helps and some really amsixng flavor
- rice vinegar- helps with flavor and gives some acid to the dish

- cornstarch- helps if you need to thinkinen the sauce you may not need
- white rice - we like to use why rice do do it ablitky to take on flavor and be soft as the husk has been broken off
- shredded carrots added some really nice color and flavor the dish we like to us the carrot salad recipe
- Sesame seeds or rice seasoning sesame seeds can use a nice flavor but I think that we prefer to use rice seaming more some times had sesame seeds in the seaming but have some flavoring and some seaweed.

- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, Sriracha, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the meat.
- Divide the rice among four bowls. Top with the Korean beef, carrots, cucumber, broccoli, green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
