    This is an amazing meal. That is in nice and savory. Have nice roasted broccoli with some nice perfectly cooked Salmon. From are family to your we boor you enjoy this salmon and broccoli recipe.

    Broccoli Cooke to perfection and the salmon is cooked so that it is flaky

    Ingredients that you need to make salmon broccoli recipe

    Salmon lot of people will say to get the best quality salmon that you can but I think it is not so simple. I think you should get get the salmon you like normally you hear that. Silver (cohno)is the best then you have king, sockeye, keta and pinky from level of fishyness 

    Broccoli we want to have mostly crown for this as the crown has all the nice fluffy parts that will toast up great

    Seasoning. We like to just keep it simple for this we use some garlic salt you also could just use salt and garlic powder. We also use pepper and lime juice all of these simple flavors work really good together. To make a great

    Oil need to help prevent the salmon from sticking and it also hopes to Crisp up the broccoli 

    Salmon and broccoli have been placed on parchment papper and have been seasoned

    How to make broccoli and salmon

    Prep the the sheet for easy clean up with tin fool Matt orparment paper  helps make for easy clean up

    Place salmon in the middle of the tray place chopped up broccoli around salmon and season

    Cook in the oven at 400F for 15 to 20 or tell cooked though

    Pull out of oven and serve

    Variations to try

    Try changing the vegetables. Try Brussels sprouts or asparagus

    Try adding the sauce if you look at our salmon, brussels sprout recipe has a nice honey garlic sauce

    If you are looking for something a little more spicy then you could try adding some chili sauce or jalapeño to the mix

    Try adding some Parmesan cheese to the mix. This one I have not had but I have seen it out there 

    Salmon is a little lighter orange the broccoli has also gotten a darker color and some have gotten a little smaller

    Can you use frozen broccoli ?

    You can us frozen broccoli but is not recommend. As they tend to turn out saggy and don't turn out as crispy

    How do I make sure the salmon is done?

    The best way is to use a food thermometer to make sure it reaches at least 145F is recommend by the USDA  you will want to normally cook it to 140F in the oven as there will be some residual cooking after being pulled out

    What else does with this recipe?

    Some of the best thing to go with this recipe are rice, pasta or salad

    Ingredients
      

    • 1.5 pound Salmon fillet skin on
    • 2 crowns of broccoli
    • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
    • ½ teaspoons pepper
    • Lime juices
    • 1 tablespoon oil about

    • sheet pan

    Method
     

    1. Preheat oven to 400F
    2. Place parchment papper on sheet pan added a little oil to the middle so the salmon is less likely to stick
    3. Pat the salmon dry and place in center of baking sheet
    4. Cut up broccoli coat broccoli with a small amount of oil then place broccoli around salmon then salt and pepper the salmon and broccoli to taste
    5. Added a little lime juice over the salmon.
    6. Place in the oven and let cook for for 20 minutes or tell salmon is cooked all the way. It should reach an internal temperature 145F depending on the thickness of the fillets the cook time will very
