Ingredients that you need for pineapple shrimp
- can pineapple tidbits- we like to use the tidbits as they seem about the right size for a bit and has some great juice with it is perfect but you can us any pineapple you want but this has the right size with juice
- 1 pound shrimp do you prefer to use medium to large ice cream for this as if you use small shrimp they tend to cook or too fast even in these pictures you can tell that even the large ones I didn’t include them quite pulled off fast enough so they were a little overcooked It’s easiest if you get pre-deveined and shrimp but it’s up to you and when you.

Well, done a few times, but you can also put this on pasta. You’ll wanna have probably some other sauce that you have with it as well or are you instead of using only half of the pineapple juice at all of it?

- Frying pan
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 6 small bell pepper or one large
- 1 can 20 oz pinne apples tidbits
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- ¼ cup catchup
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- If needed, devein and pill the shrimp
- What I like to do is I like to cook the shrimp them a nice little sear and then pull them off of medium high.
- After pull them off drop the temp to medium
- Ruff chop the onion and bell peppers and added to frying pan
- Let cook some and then added rice vinegar, catchup and soy sauce and mix
- Once the vegetables are almost done cooking added back in the shrimp and added the pineapple tibits and half the juice and let finsish cooking
- Serve and enjoy
