This is an amazing recipe. That is simple to make. Just need to cut up some amazing vegetables like bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, then combine eggs and cream mixed and throw them in the oven. It’s just as simple as that you’re having an amazing pepper and mushroom frittata.

If you have never had a frittata before you may wonder what it is and think that it is like a quiche you would be right they are pretty similar other than for a frittata you use more eggs and less milk or cream so it is a little more hardy then a crustless quiche and is more like a large omelet. You also make it in on pan that is safe to put in the oven as you cook the first on the stove and then finish on the stove.

Making the frittata

Onions help add some nice flavor
Mushrooms help bring a nice earthy ness to the dish and there is just something special with them that I can't find words to explain
Garlic helps bring out some amazing flavor
Seasoning - salt and pepper and onion powered this we use as they help enhance the other flavors and help to make sure that the flavors are thought out

Make ahead of time
This is a great recipe for food prep as you can cook it and then save it in the refrigerator with ease as you can save it in the fridge for up to 4 days. You may want to put them in the freezer but if you have added tomatoes or avocado then they do not freeze well and can make it wet and rubbery if you do not let them through over time
To reheat: you can use the microwave to heat this some time can do the same thing of making it rubbery. You can also heat it in the oven at 350 for about 10 to 15 minutes make sure to cover it so that it does not dry out

- 8 Eggs
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- 3 small Bell pipettes
- 1 small Red Onions
- ½ cup Mushrooms
- 3 cloves Garlic

Instructions
- I like to start gathering all the ingredients that I need for this recipe
- Chop the vegetable abs to exercise that you desire usually, I leave the mushrooms a little bit bigger but everything else I cut up relatively small so that gets evenly and so the kids don’t notice it as much
