How to make these pork chops and potatoes

Making the potatoes 

start preheating oven to 425°F. Go ahead and cut up potatoes that go in a small amount of oil to help season the steak. Add to a bowl with some time and mix. Place on a baking sheet prepared with foil and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.

Pat the pork chops dry, add savory seasoning and remaining onion salt to each side, put in a medium frying pan to cook inside and reach an internal temperature of 145°F, remove from the pan, and plate

Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion salt
  • A little bit of cooking oil
  • Thyme statement minced
Pork chops
  • 4 pork chops about a pound
  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes cut in half
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of savory seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion salt
  • A little bit of cooking oil
  • Black pepper salt
Topping
  • 1 ounce Capers
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • One lemon can in the quarters

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Frying pan

Method
 

Potatoes
  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Get out all of your ingr
  3. Prep baking sheet with tinfoil
  4. Add fingerling potatoes, 2 teaspoons of oil, half of the onion, salt, and thyme, and mix in a bowl
  5. Be on the baking sheet in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown tender fork
Pork chop
  1. Pork chops are dried with a paper towel
  2. Had savory seasoning and onion salt, each side of the pork chops
  3. A pan on medium heat
