    Pork chops and potatoes are sitting Nice time that’s sitting on the potatoes pork chop has capers and garlic, and onions on top of it did the seasoning also there’s a lemon for some additional flavor

    Pork chops are where the first time that we had caper, so this meal holds a special place in are heart as it holds some amazing flavor. If you haven’t had capers before, this is a great way to try them.

    Ingredients that you need for the pork chop recipe

    • Pork chops are a great cut of meat from the loin of a big pig. They tend to be wieners than other cuts of pork
    • Fingerling potatoes  are a narr, ow thin potato 
    • Caper resembles peas as they have a strong, long, tangy flavor. This ingredient is often used in Mediterranean dishes
    • Garlic helps add some amazing flavor to the dish and aroma 
    • Lemon helps give some nice acidity to the dish, and just lemon as well can also be a nice little garnish
    • savory seasoning
    • Onion salt helps give some additional flavor to the poor,k and potatoes give some salt
    • cooking oil helps to make every cook well and not stick to the pan, and helps things crisp up
    • Black pepper salt helps give extra flavor and helps bring out all of the other flavors
    • Thyme belongs to the mint family and has a nice referent smell.l We use the leaves for this recipe to help give a great smell and to help give the potatoes some more color

    How to make these pork chops and potatoes

    Making the potatoes 

    start preheating oven to 425°F. Go ahead and cut up potatoes that go in a small amount of oil to help season the steak. Add to a bowl with some time and mix. Place on a baking sheet prepared with foil and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.

    Pat the pork chops dry, add savory seasoning and remaining onion salt to each side, put in a medium frying pan to cook inside and reach an internal temperature of 145°F, remove from the pan, and plate

    Topping

    wipe out pan placed back on heat with a small amount of oil, I add capers, garlic, I’m cooking till it becomes fragrant, then about 30 seconds take off he, and lemon juice put on top of pork chop potatoes when done and enjoy

    Ingredients
      

    Potatoes
    • ½ tablespoon onion salt
    • A little bit of cooking oil
    • Thyme statement minced
    Pork chops
    • 4 pork chops about a pound
    • 1 pound fingerling potatoes cut in half
    • 1 ½ tablespoons of savory seasoning
    • ½ tablespoon onion salt
    • A little bit of cooking oil
    • Black pepper salt
    Topping
    • 1 ounce Capers
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • One lemon can in the quarters

    Equipment

    • Baking sheet
    • Frying pan

    Method
     

    Potatoes
    1. Preheat oven to 425
    2. Get out all of your ingr
    3. Prep baking sheet with tinfoil
    4. Add fingerling potatoes, 2 teaspoons of oil, half of the onion, salt, and thyme, and mix in a bowl
    5. Be on the baking sheet in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown tender fork
    Pork chop
    1. Pork chops are dried with a paper towel
    2. Had savory seasoning and onion salt, each side of the pork chops
    3. A pan on medium heat
    4. How a small amount of oil to the bottom of the pan just a coat to help the pork chop not to stick and the help the pork come kick pork chop in pan for about 3 to 5 minutes per side(thickness of pork chops are very this will vary the cooking times that need to take place)
