    Different kinds of frying:

    • Deep frying -using enough oil or fat to cover  what your cooking completely.
    • Shallow frying - when only as low level of oil is used in a pan to cook.  Normally used for steak and fish(this is what we tend to use).
    • Stir frying - Small amount of oil at high heat  normally a lot of stirring.
    • Air frying - hot air is pushed a round the food and help promote a crispy extire.
Chicken has been breaded and is waiting on a plate to be cooked. Make sure the breading covers all the chicken
Difference between flour and corn starch?

Corn starch tends to be a little better as it tends to brown faster and makes for a little bit of a crispier finish than flour.

    Ingredients that you will need

    • Chicken  - We normally like to use chicken thighs for this as they tend to not dry out as much.
    • Eggs- helps to hold on the breading and help it to fluff a bit.
    • cup corn starch- help make sure that you get a nice crust.
    • Flour - helps with the crust and helps reduce the corn starch flavor.
    • Season to taste - this is normally going to be salt and peper and helps bringing out all of the other flaovors.
    • Cooking oil -used for cooking we tend to use vegetable oil as that is what we tend ot have on hand, but you can also use peanut oik or if you have it you could use tallow.
    • ketchup- this is used as part of the base fo the sauce has sugar and nice red color that it adds.
    • rice vinegar -  you can use any vinegar really but we use rice vigar as it is more mild  then others but you still get the nice tany flavore from it.
    • soy sauce- this is the base of the sauce witch has salt and other amazing floavor
    • cup honey- helps to make it stick to the chicken and adds some really amazing sweetness
    • sesame seed oil - give a nutty flaover to the sauce .
    • cloves garlic- helps to being more of a savery earthly favor to it as well
Oil is heated up in skillet breaded chicken has been added in and has started to cook in the oil.

    How to make

    1. The first thing that you are going to want to do is get everything ready to make sure that you have it so that it is easy.
    2. You may also like to set up each station. I know some people like to set up each part at a time so that it is done. We tend to do a little of each just to keep it going. At least in my head it keep it fresher that way, but not really sure it matters.
    3. Stations that will need
    4. Cutting - area to cut up all for the chicken
    5. Breading and egg - bowl of mixed and bow of mixter of breading ( cornstarch and the flour with your seasoning )
    6. Frying - pan and oil ( we like to have to where it will cover about half of the chicken)
    7. Siting - have a paper towel or a rack
    8. Sauce- do wait tell the ned to then added the sauce to them all at the same time. You will need a pan can use the same pan but you will need to clean out the oil
    Instructions
    1. One you have everything cut up the chicken so that it is in ½ to inch pieces
    2. Then start adding a few pieces of chicken to the breading shake it up and make sure that it get all cover
    3. Then if the oil is already hot you can add it right in the oil.(Just make sure that you don't over feel the pan or the oil will cool to much)
    4. if the oil is not to temperature then just set on a plate tell you're ready to start to fry them. Try to make sure that you get all excess breading off so that your oil doesn't get too dirty.
    5. Once the oil is up to 350 then you can start fry . It usually just takes a few minutes on each side and turns a nice golden brown one this happen pull them out and put them on a plate.
    6. Keep up this process tell all of the chicken has been breaded and cooked
    7. Then add the sauce items together if you have not already.
    8. Add your chicken to a pan and then pour the sauce over the top and mix together. Let cook for a minute to let garlic cook and stick more to the chicken..
    9. Added a base of your choice if you follow this recipe that is the rice. Break into four bowls.
    10. Then add the sesame chicken and and any additional sauce to the top.
    11. Add sesame seeds over the top.
    12. Enjoy! It has been a pleaser cooking with you!
