Ingredients
  

  • 4 steak strips about 16 oz
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoon abobo seasoning
  • 2 Cooking oil
  • ~15 oz Can corn
  • One medium sized onion pill, and diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Equipment

  • rice cooker or pot
  • Frying pan

Method
 

  1. Start rice cooking rice added rice to a pot and added water bring to a baoil the reduce to simmer and let cooked for about 15 min covered(if you have a rice cooker you can just used that make it easier) well rice is cooking. Continue with next step.
  2. Put a pan of a medium had a little bit of cooking oil add steak side and cook until reaches internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit
  3. Post heat, not rest tallest steak is roasting and onion and corn to the pan who can tell onion. This translation and corn is tender. About four minutes.
