Ingredients
  

  • 3 to 5 pounds of country style ribs preferably without bone
One large onion
  • Two cloves garlic
  • Bottle of barbecue sauce save half a cup of barbecue sauce for after cooking
  • Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • Pepper and Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Start by skinning and rough chopping your onion place in the bottom of the crockpot
  2. Mix the Seasoning and and bbq sauce
  3. Place the country style ribs in a single lay in the crockpot
  4. Separate half a cup of barbecue sauce from the other side, pour the remaining sauce over the ribs.
  5. Cover turn on low heat and cook for 7 to 8 hours ribs and temperature reach 145
  6. Put in foil on a baking sheet, then pull out ribs Add the remaining barbecue sauce onto the ribs and broil for about five minutes on high
  7. Pull out let rest for 5 minutes servant, and enjoy
