Ingredients
- 2 to 4 pounds of beef short ribs
- A little bit of oil to see in pan
- 2 cups beef broth
- One large red onion
- Two clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- Teaspoon salt
- 2 tbs corn starch
Instructions
- Add a little bit of oil so medium high heat series side of short ribs
- Place in the crockpot
- Add beef broth, another seasoning, onion, and quarters minced garlic
- Add onions and garlic cover cook on low for eight hours
- Pour liquid in a plan an cook over medium heat with corn starch to make gray/ sauce to go with the dish
