for the longest time in Chihuahuas have been on my favorite meals for a really long time. My favorite is cheese enchiladas with nice sauce just filled with lots of cheese made for a great meal. It was nice and simple. Second favorite. It was probably shredded beef. it really all good. This is a fun twist on an old classic where you can have your favorite of your favorite Mexican dishes for breakfast.

To you later with some filling placed Onion, chilies, and sausage Ready to be wrapped up

Ingredients that you need pretty sausage breakfast enchiladas

    • Sausage what’s gonna be holding tortillas before you put the egg mixture and it’s cooked it’s gonna help create a pocket enchiladas and have some extra flavor. You wrap it really tightly you kind of get a differentiation between the eggs and sausage so if you’d like to mix it you can.
    • Onion just had some additional flavor has a little bit of sweetness with. I’m just kind of a savory flavor.
    • Chilies how bad a little bit of extra spice and a little bit of color to it as well to break it up
    • Hope everything together she is a typical large fire tortilla
    • Cheers for the most part you can use any cheese that you want because we have it on have the most typically used cheddar cheese. Give a nice yellow color. Have a nice flavor to it. You can use whatever cheese that you would like.
    • Age just help bring into the max breakfast. Bill help enchiladas with milk and heavy cream to give it kind of a quiche texture on the sides.
    • Have your cream give us ice cream texture also helps grade my pockets
    • No, just help with the rising process same thing as just nice together
    • Seasoning just help bring out all the other flavor flavors a really nice
They’ve been placed into a 9 x 13 pan in case it’s blue will in this case when we roll the tortillas if you roll them tighter Then maybe more will need to go

    How to make these enchiladas

    Prepare the filling

Kick the sausage and tell it it’s no longer pink. It has a nice brown color in it. Also cook onions till they become translucent. I like to cook the chilies as well for a little bit just help with some extra moisture.

Mixed cheese with other filling ingredients and Maxwell

    Filling with tortillas

    Preheat oven till 350°F

Three 9 x 13 pound with cooking spraying sticking

Lay out your eight tortillas and divide filling even leave between a tortilla raw Beach tortilla filling in placing sign down in pen

    Egg mixture

Makes eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt and pepper altogether and pour over tortillas. Place an oven on 350°F and I cook for 35 minutes.

Pull out an remaining cheese put back in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted

    Without serving enjoy

Enchilada has been rolled. An egg mixture has been poured over the top. Then clean out the bowl before making the egg mixture in it so there are some onions and chilies that came out with the mix on top.

    Variations that you can try

    • try Abby bacon for extra flavor with extra crunch want to use baking as the sausage takes the filling and holds them open to get filled with the big mixture
    • Try adding a little bit of spice can also use some jalapeños or other peppers to add some additional flavor to this dish
    • Try adding some enchilada sauce as well
    • Try having some scrambled eggs for the eggs while we are adding eggs into the mixture mixture doesn’t always get mixed all the way in on how tight you wrap it if you fill it up with eggs before hand, you can get eggs throughout
    • Try adding some additional things like veggies or mushrooms to the mix as well
Enchiladas have been pulled out of the oven tortillas have gone Egg mixture has firmed up a little bit has kind of a quiche look to it
