    This is an amazing crockpot baked potatoes they are as simple or simpler to make then make them in the oven and on foil. Make them nice and tender all time and has some nice seasoning

    I don’t know about you but there are time I don’t want to take the hour to make the potatoes and I don’t like the as much out of the microwave   But with this recipe you do have to Cooke then early but you can start them before you go to work in the morning and they will be already for you come home with a little help from your crockpot or slow cooker. I know for some recipe that you have to wrap each potatoes in foil but for these there is Jo need. So easy. 

    It is really easy getting the the potatoes ready for cooking just wash poke with a fork this helps make sure they don’t pop it has only happens a couple times but it is Kaya bummer. Coat with oil and seasoning  and stick in the crock pot and let cook tell fork tender

    Ingredients that you will need

    • Russet potaoes - we like thes potoes they are just about the rig he size you can do large are small. The medium I think are best
    • Oil - we tend to just use canola oil as that is what have on had most. I now some people prefer olive oil use what oil works for you. 
    • Salt - helps with flavorijg the skin and try them out a bit
    • Pepper - help make the skin better and added some amazing flavor
    • Onion powder - most just used this becaue of the amazing flavor that it adds

    How we make baked potatoes in a crockpot

    1. Wash the potatoes and then pick with a fork a few time about 7
    2. Coat and with oil and seasoning
    3. Place in slow cooker and cover with lid
    4. Cook for 3.5 to 4 hour on high or on low for 7 to 8 hours
    5. Remove and serve with your favorite toppings

    • Bacon 
    • Cheese
    • Chili
    • Caramelized onions
    • Butter
    • Cheesy chicken

    Storing and freezing 

    Let cool completely and then place in air tight container they will lady for about 3 days

    You can stick a fork in themessly they are ready if they are still hard then you need to keep letting them cook

    How can I make my potato skins crispy?

    You can stick them under the broiler for about 3 minutes

    Yes Yukon gold and red potatoes are some of my other favote potatoes that you may enjoy

    Ingredients
      

    • 6 medium russet Potatoes
    • 2 tbs oil
    • 1 tbs salt
    • ½ tbs pepper
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Equipment

    • crock pot

    Method
     

    1. Wash potatoes and pocket a few holes with fork about 7
    2. Coat with oil and seasoning see note 1
    3. Added to slow cooker and cover
    4. Cook for 3 ½ hour to 4 hour on high or 7 to 8 hours on low
    5. Make sure that potoses are tender
    6. Serve and enjoy

    Notes

    1 I like adding to a large bowl and shaking around but you can just rub on with your hand
