Storing and freezing

Storing  soup will store for about 3 day. In an air tight container make sure to let soup cool before putting in container

Freeze same steps as refrigerator but also make sure that it is a freezer safe container

Reheating – I think that the microwave is easiest for small batches. But if your going to warm a up a few cups then stove top I think is best over mediums heat in a pot

Soup has been cooked it has a nice red color to it and you can see an other beans and beef in it for the taco soup. A little has splashed on the side

Variations you could try of taco soup

Try making it a little extra spicy by adding some dice, jalapeños or peppers

Try making vegetarian version by adding extra beans and vegetable broth for extra flavor and I’m meeting the beef

Make it creamy try adding some sour cream or half and half after cooking to make it a little cream and to take the heat down a bit. Depending on what salsa  and taco seasoning you use

Glutten free –   If your Glutten free all you really have to worry about is the salsa and the taco seasoning as moth in some cases can have Glutten
