This recipe sounds simple and delicious! I love how the combination of roasted noodles and sesame seeds adds a nice crunch to the salad. The dressing with honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar seems like a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Adding oranges and chicken makes it a complete, refreshing meal. I wonder if you’ve tried substituting other proteins like tofu or shrimp? The tip about storing it in the fridge for three days is super handy for meal prep. Have you experimented with other fruits or veggies in this salad? I’m curious about why you specifically recommend pre-cooked chicken—is it for convenience or flavor?

We have tried shrimp and it was really good I have not tried tofu. We have also tried apples and strawberries.
The reason we specify cooked chicken is we don’t want some one to accidentally us raw chicken and for convenience
