This is a supper simple recipe that makes some of the best. Salmon and Brussels and can be made in less than an hour

Ingredients that you will need
- Brussels sprouts- this has a nice bitterness to the recipe and is a nice little vegetable. That will need To quarter or at least cut in half. My kids like to think of them as mini lettuce
- soy sauce- this helps and some really amazing flavor and with the salt in it it helps bring out the other flavors. It also has a nice flavor that it gives
- Rice vinegar - this brings a bright flavor to the dish
- honey- helps a a nice sweet nice I'm form the US so we have to make it a little bit sweeter for some reason it also helps the sauce stick
- garlic- helps add some nice earthy tones to the dish. You will want to mince this so that it is very fine so it gets mixed in well
- lime juice- this bing a nice asic flavor that helps brighten thr dis like the rice vinegar. You can use fresh or concentrate. Think that fresh is a little bit better but I have also gotten a few bad once that way so just check it be for using
- Salt and pepper - this help added some nice seasoning to the dish that helps bring it all together

How to make salmon and Brussels sprouts
Start by cutting up thr brussle sproubt in to quarts and then making the sauce. Miss the Brussels in the sauce and then place in the orven for 15 minutes.
Whale the sprouts are in the oven and the sauce to the samon that is left in the bowl
Pull out the brussels sprouts on the pan. Make room in the brussels sprouts to be able to add the salmon. Place back in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until Sam has completed cooking.
Then serve and enjoy!

Salmon and Brussels sprouts
Equipment
- sheet pan or large cast iron
Ingredients
- 2 small salmon fillets or 1 large
- 1 pound of Brussels sprouts
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cupRice vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Gather what you need and preheat too 425
- Mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey, lime juice together in a large bowl.
- But Brussels sprout in half if thyme are large you may want to quarter them.
- Added them to the bell with the sauce and toss
- Freese oven safe pan or baking sheet and added Brussels
- Bake at 425 for 20 minutes the remove
- Added left over sauce to salmon
- added salmon and bake for an additional 15 minutes
- Serve and enjoy
