This is an amazing simple dish that Is easy to make. This Side and can me prep can be cooked in less then 15 minutes. It can also be used for any occasion. Your family is going to love roasted Brussels and potatoes.

They have been pulled off the sheet pan and have been served on a plate

Why your going to love them

The reason that your going to love these is that the potatoes get nicely cooked and not going to lie depending on how you like you brussle spirits they will be a little over cooked. If you like the potato cooked and don’t mind thr brussle sprout getting s little crispy then your going to love it.

I’m sure that you will also like how simple and easy the prep is.

I don’t know about you but i also tend to enjoy my vegetables more when they see cooked.

It only need a few ingreandefs as well.

Sprout and potatoes in thr bowl the seasoning had been added and the oil and they have been mixed together see thr seasoning on the out side

Ingredients you will need

Potatoes – we like to use russet potatoes but you can also us yokon gold. Russet are more what we have on hand just take a little more cutting to get them to the right size.

Brussel Ssrouts -like to use fresh sproutsin this they get nice and crispy and bring the color.

Cooking oil- for this we us vegetable oil as that is what we have on hand but any oil would work mostly helps to crisp the outside and help the seasoning stick.

Salt & Pepper- always the perfect addition

Seasoning salt- helps bring it all together. We like to use johnny’s seasoning salt.

Garlic powder- helps bring a nice flavor

Sheet pan has the potatoes and sprouts layer out on it in one layer

How to make this combination

Your going to start by cutting up the sprout and the potatoes so that they’re about the same size pieces. Then adds oil and seasoning and mix together. The add to a sheet pan so that they are all in one layer. Then cook at 400 for 35 minutes. Pull out and ready to eat.
