This is an amaing comfort food nice chicken. And veggies with nice breading for a great chicken cobbler

Shows the chicken cobbler completed. You can see a bit of carrot, chicken, green beans and corn sticking out. You can also see nice golden cross and part of it over all of it.

Cobbler is always and Ansicht dish and this savory dish nice just dip thing on top of each other and you have an amazing meal in this case I know that is not normal definition of cobble but that what makes it.

Rotisserie chicken has been pulled apart and placed in the bed out of the baking dish and also see a little bit of the butter on the sides from where the butter is melted

Reasons your going to enjoy this recipe

  • It is really easy to make
  • Can be through en together
  • Can be made a little different each time
  • The whole family will love it
  • Make early
  • Some of the best comfort food

What you will need

  • Rotisserie chicken – we normaly is a Costco chicken as has good flavor and cheep but any rotisserie chicken should work or other cooked chcicke. Would work well
  • Biscuits – we like to us red lobster biscuits as they have great flavor and it is already packed for you.  So it keeps things simple
  • Cream of chicken soup- like to used cream of chicken soup as we like the flavor but you can can of cream of soup it will just change the flavor
  • Broth- like to use chicken broth but if you would like to use stock or a different broth for some different flavor in my experience it is subtle
  • Mixed veggtables- we like to use mix of corn, green beans and carrots  but I kind of like pees more then the green beans but don’t really find that so this is what we like next
  • Seasoning- ad some add some additional salt and pepper we also at times like to added garlic powder
The best get mix has been poured over the chicken little bit of the chicken poking through. I forgot to have the vegetables before so you can’t see them cause they’re not there.

How to make this dish

  • Melt butter a place in pan place chicken in ad well and the bag of vegetables
  • Mix together milk and biscuit mix and pull over chicken
  • Mix broth and cream soup and pour over the top
  • Optional we like to let it set for an hour or more just seem to be somewhat better
  • Heat oven 350 and cook for 1 hour or tell golden. Brown crust from the biscuit mix
  • Serve

How did we learn about this

We learned about this recipe from my barefoot neighbor in a viral post and I agree with them that you can make many different very variations so that it is what you like or what might sound better to you

Chicken broth and cream of chicken have been added as well. You can see that the dish is filling up makes too much. An hour we’re almost ready to put the oven.

Notes

  • You can store in the fridge for up to 4 days but we normally can get longer not sure if that is a bad thing or not
  • You can make it your way that is one of the best thing about cooking make it what you want
  • Yes you can make befor had and let it set early or the day before
  • Or if you don’t want to wait you can put it right in the oven
Some chicken cowboy burger that’s been served up into a bowl bowl has a little blue flowers on it square piece you can see a nice crust on the top and kind of see a chicken lay on the bottom and then a mixture of green beans carrots corn
