This recipe is perfect for busy families. It's a one-pot recipe, which means you can keep adding ingredients as the others cook, making it easy and hassle-free. You're going to love the flavors in this Korean chicken stir fry.

My coworker inspired this recipe after showing me a video and translating some of it so we could try it. We love making it every now and then as it gives us the delicious taste of spicy chicken. We recently added cabbage to the mix and found it to be a great addition to our meals.

What I love about this recipe is its simplicity and the way it builds up the flavors. Using only 1 LB of ingredients, it's easy to clean up. Unlike other recipes where you have to keep adding ingredients, this one just keeps building on itself. You start by cooking the chicken, then add the sauces and other ingredients, and finally the cabbage and carrots. As the dish cooks, the aroma becomes richer and more enticing.

    Ingredient’s that you will need:

Cooking oil - we tend to use vegetable oil but any high temp oil will work

Chicken - we like to use chicken thighs as they don't dry out as much and have amazing flaover also like them to be bones and skinless but the skin can add some nice extra flavor if you do used it

Garlic minced- like the nice aroma and flavor they it brings

Red pepper- had some nice flavor and add it Al spice. You can use black pepper but it will have a little bit of a different flavor.

Sweet Chili sauce-  we like to use the Mae ploy sweet chili sauce. Most chili sauce will work and I think tradialy you would us

Carrots - we like to use baby carrots as they are already small and we don't feel like you have to pillf them

Onion- we normally us yellow onions as we like the taste the best and it is what we have on had but most will will work they will just have a slightly different flate

cabbage-  this going to give an amazing part of this dish it picks up the flavor from the sauce anc chicken and be com tendered us grean cabbage

    How to make

Cut up the chicken in to bite size pieces  and the let marinade in the  Garlic chili sauce red pepper sauce for at least two hours before cooking . heat oil in the pan and then ver mid high  heat added chick and sauce and sti.after chcken starts to brown added the onions and carrots reduce to medium heat. Once the chicken is almost done and the onions are turning trasulsuatn then you can added the cabbage and mix together. Lett finish cooking and then serve.
