If you love pepperoni pizza then this could be a great recipe for you for breakfast. Instead of just eating cold pizza. You still have that nice spice from the pepperoni but in an open-face breakfast sandwich form. You’re going to love this pepperoni pizza breakfast sandwich.

Eggs have been flipesd and pepperoni has been added and cheese has been added to the top. Cheese is starting to melt

Why you’re going to love it

This is a super simple recipe that uses ingredients that you already have most likely have.  If one knows how to make this one you can use it to make almost any version that you want. Not only is it simple but it is quick to make as well.

What you will need :

  • Eggs – this is what pulls it all together into. We use  large eggs so that they cook so so they cook together so that it won’t all fall apart
  • Salt & Pepper – help to bring to all together just do it to taste
  • Pepperoni – adds a nice spice and a nice color
  • Cheese – nice flavor and helps hold it all together we like to use cheddar cheese, but you can use any cheese that you would like that melts well
  • Pizza sauce  – this is optional but makes it seem more like a real pizza
  • Bread – we like to us whole where it seems a little heather and more feeling

How to make it

Get all of your ingredients.

Start the stove and put on the frying pan to stat heating up. Break your eggs into the pan and mix in the pan (if you don’t feel comfortable with this you can mix in a bowl and then add). Once the eggs are ready to flip over add your pepperoni and then add your cheese and let melt. By this time the cheese melts the eggs are done and you can make the toast.  Add a little  oil to the pan to start the bread and  toast both side when done add eggs to top and your ready.
