Pepperoni Pizza Breakfast Sandwich

You love pepperoni pizza then this could be a great recipe for you for breakfast. Instead of just eating cold pizza. You still have that nice spice from the pepperoni but in an open-face breakfast sandwich form. You're going to love this pepperoni pizza breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 5 pieces Pepperoni
  • cup Cheddar cheese
  • Piece of bread

Equipment

  • 1 Frying pan
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 Bowl optional

Method
 

  1. Put the pan on medium-low heat Add oil to tho the pan let it heat up and spread over the pan cooking surface.
  2. Break eggs into the pan and mix adding salt and pepper.
  3. Let eggs cook in a pan on medium-low heat till it starts to become solid then flip and added pepperoni and then the cheese to the top.
  4. Let sit in a pan till cooked, the cheese has melted and the eggs have cooked.
  5. Put on a plate the add oil to the pan and toast the bread on both sides.
  6. Add the sauce if you desire.
  7. Then to finish up add the eggs on top of the toast and you're ready to eat.
