Korean Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 pounds Chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves garlic Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Red pepper
  • ½ cup Sweet Chili sauce enough to cover the chicken and a little extra
  • ½ cup chopped baby Carrots
  • 1 yellow Onion
  • ½ cabbage

Equipment

  • 1 Frying pan or skillet
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 spatula
  • bag or container for marinading

Method
 

  1. Cut up chicken in to about on inch Cubs or smaller they and make kind of even so it will cook evenly
  2. Add chicken, garlic, chili sauce and red pepper. And mix together and let sit for at least 2 hours in the fridge
  3. Add cooking oil to large pan over mid-high heat
  4. Add chicken mixer to the pan keep mixing together
  5. Added onion and carrot to the pan to Cooke mix together and turn down heat to mediam
  6. Once chick starts coming down and onion are becoming translusent a diced cabbage to pan as well and mix
  7. Let keep cooking tell tender
  8. Serve and enjoy
