Want some amazing chocolate chip cookies and don't have an egg and that are light and fluffy  then give this amazing recipe a try Egg less chocolate chip cookies.

Cookies have come out of the oven and have flated on baking sheet it also has a silicone baking pad

The other day we want to make some cookies but we don't have an egg and we were thing that we wanted to make one or two batches and most the recipe we looked at took one too two eggs so that was not going to work, so we looked up endless cookies and saw a recipe by keepinglifesane recipe below. But we have made a few change to make them more how we like them.

One of the best thing about this recipe  is that you can just eat it and don't have to worry about the egg at least that was what I was told when I was growing up. Don't eat eat the cookie down it has a raw egg in it.

They turn are done really quickly usually er can make these in about 20 minute 10 minutes prepe and 10 cooking bit that can vary a little

Flour has been and mixed in if thr buter was colder when you put it in it will be more sand like but as it heat the butter up it will be more smooth

    Equipment:

    • Measuring cup
    • Measuring spoons
    • Baking sheet
    • Mixing bowl

    Ingredients:

    • butter helps to give the flavor and moisture of the cookie
    • sugar- helps with the flavor helps keep it together
    • brown sugar-
    • flour- added to the structure of the cookie
    • baking soda - helps to make the cookie fluffy
    • milk- helps and some moisture and add helps to rise the cookies a little
    • vegetable oil- helps with the mixing process
    • chocolate chips- adds nice chocolate flavor
Chocolate chips have been added and even with just that little bit more mixing the dough is not as rough

    How to make

You going to start by missing thr butter and white and brown sugar together. Then your going to added the oil and milk and flour together mix feel it combines it will probably be kind of like sand. Then added the chcoker chips. Take about 1 ½ table spoons this should make you about 24 cookie but as I have trouble getting thr exact I amiut I just adjust as need.

Dough has been rolled in to balls and placed on a baking sheet. They are all a little bit different in size but we are trying for about 1 ½ ball spoon which I think is about ¾ of a golf ball

    Cookie Tips

Dough should not be crumbly and stick together  You may have to add extra milk

The  butter can affect the amount of milk that will be needed by how soft it is
If you don't want to use milk you can just add water but I think it helps them fluff up a bit

    • This is the square image has monkey bread sitting in front of the other monkey bread with the inside burning out. Have a nice color, light and fluffy and see a dark layer caramel on side of the other monkey bread it does look a little bit dark on this one. We were a little bit close to burning it. Luckily, we didn’t go outside. It will be a little bit harder or the inside of me kinda nice gooey.
