PineappleFluff

This dish is an amazing combination of jello fruit and wiped cream that is light and creamy that the whole family will love at the BBQ or other get-togethers.  Try this amazing Pineapple Fluff

This is my wife’s favorite dish if she doesn’t know if anyone else is bringing it. It is something that she will want to bring so that she makes sure that it will be at any family party or get-together this is probably the one that we have made the most often the other one that we make is an orange version. In some way, I hesitate to call this a pineapple fluff as in some way it seems like it is a lime fluff or a pineapple lime fluff. But it doesn’t seem like people look for that so it is one or the other other.

I know that if you look at this recipe you will think that it takes a long time to make but it is not too bad it is more a lot of waiting. You can work on other things and you can start working on them the day be or you can do it in the morning depending on when you are planning to eat or really when you planning to get together. If your family get-togethers are like most of the time the food has to be ready before you get there or just a little bit of fishing work. I know people are going to ask if you can make this the night before you can or you can do the first part the night before and then do the second part the next day and then you will have the rest of the day for it to cool

Starting the cooking process with crushed pineapples and adding Jello mix

What is fluff

I don’t know how to explain what fluff is in some way other than it is kind of like a light fruit salad it depends on the person that is making it what it is going to be like it is normally going to have some kind of jello or pudding base and then whipped cream and then most of it is going to have some kind of fruit in. there is time when it just has chocolate or some other kind of candy in it. I did say it is like a fruit salad but it is pretty light and if if it does have fruit it is usually crushed or a topping in it but make it how you want.

cooked mixer added wiped cream for fluff

What ingredients you will need

Jello/pudding mix: this is the thinking that helps hold it all together and helps turn the liquid that is added into a solid that is used in the recipe also helps add flavor but then everything I think for the most part helps with that.

Fluff: you are going to need something to make it fluffy up. This is normally whipped cream but you can use marshmallows see variations for more details

topping /additions: things that are added to the fluff to help add texture  and help added flavor and color

Variations

Change the thinker  from jello to pudding you can also change so that you use different flavors

Added some toping to add additional flavor this could be oranges, coconut, strawberry, or chocolate

Whipped cream: this is what helps break it apart and make it so fluffy if you don’t want to use white cream you can use marshmallows suggest using mini. This in the past has seemed to make it more chunky and is not as smooth has more of a marshmallow taste and not as creamy

I also love this recipe! There are so many variations you can do. And they all taste delicious.
My favorite is lime jello and pineapple.
If I’m in a hurry I don’t set up the jello. I just drain all the juices out of the pineapple and cottage cheese. As dry as I can get it. Then add the whipped cream and powdered jello.
It’s a little different but still good.

This dish sounds absolutely delightful and perfect for any family gathering. The combination of jello, fruit, and whipped cream seems like a crowd-pleaser. It’s great that it can be prepared in advance, making it convenient for busy schedules. The flexibility to customize it with different flavors or fruits is a nice touch. Would you recommend any specific fruits or variations for someone trying this for the first time?
