This is a supper simple recipe that makes some of the best. Salmon and Brussels sprouts and can be made in less than an hour

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small salmon fillets or 1 large
  • 1 pound of Brussels sprouts
  • cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cupRice vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper

Equipment

  • sheet pan or large cast iron

Method
 

  1. Gather what you need and preheat too 425
  2. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey, lime juice together in a large bowl.
  3. But Brussels sprout in half if thyme are large you may want to quarter them.
  4. Added them to the bell with the sauce and toss
  5. Freese oven safe pan or baking sheet and added Brussels
  6. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes the remove
