What you will need
- Beans we use a combination of kidney, black and bushes baked beans for this recipe you can use other beans if you want just what we have one had and like the look of it. Don’t recommend using dried beans for this has this recipe is missing a few step to be able to use them
- Bacon just use your favorite bacon. We really like maple and think it adds some nice flavor. We also like to use thick slice as it doew not seem to disappear in to the beans but if you do use thin you may just want to added a few more slices
- Additional also like to added some onions bell pepper and garlic helps add some amazing flavor if you would like some more heat though some other peppers in there as well

How to make these amazing beans
- Cook- Your going to start by cooking the bacon and then cooking up the bell pepper and onions and cooking them then
- Bake- adding to a baking dish 9x13 cook or a Dutch ove in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 45 minutes
- At the end if you roikf likrnyou can top with some cheese
How bake beans are traditionally made
Traditionally dried beans were used and would you would soak then in water over night so they would soften up then they would be boiled in a large pot and then finished in a sauce some some kind and baked to finish
Different ways to change it up
- Change up or added up beans
- Make them vegetarian for this you will want to remove the bacon and use other beans then bushes backed beans
- Make them sweet can added some catchup or brown sugar to make the beans sweeter
- Try adding some meat but in that case yo may just want to try are cowboy baked beans or if you want to make them in the slow cooker

If you need to store options
- Fridge - in an air tight container you can save in the fridge for about 3-4 days reheat on the microwave or stove top mixing as you warm up
- Freezer - you can save the beans in the freezer. let the beans cool to room temperature then put in a freezer safe container and save for up to 3 months. For breathing let them thaw and then heat up in micro wave or the stove top stiring as you heat it

- Start by preheating oven to 350
- Start by gathering all of your ingredients
- cook the bacon
- Grease pan
- Remove grease from bacon Added bacon to pan
- Cook the onions and bell pepper wa and garlic in the grease from the bacon added to Slowcooker
- Added beans and mix to together place in your oven for 45 minutes
- Serve and enjoy
Notes
You can Cook for longer if need but beans will start to turn very mushy
In can some times be nice to added a little cheese over the top
You can use a baking dish or a Dutch oven
If you would like you can added some cheese to the top at then end for sbout 10 minutes or tell it melts
