Homemade Breakfast Pizza

I don’t know about you but I really like pizza in the morning.  With this pizza you get to have some of not all your breakfast favorites on it. It does take some time to make but it is so delicious you want mind.  Your going to love this breakfast pizza.

It was in my early teens when I learned about breakfast pizza and I have been obsesedd with it ever since.

Pizza has been pulled out of the oven dough nice and crisp and cheese is melted

Ingredients that you will need:

Dough – for this we like to make are own dough but you can us any dough that you would like

Sauce – in this case we are making a cheese sauce to go on it is your favorite sause I’d you would like

Topping your going to need some thing to go on it in this case we are using cheddar cheese and back but you could really use any cheese they you want that is melty and really any topping you want if you need or want them cooked though you will need to do the before adding to the pizza

Yeast has been activated and is bubbles

How to make 

Your are going to have to get the dough ready wither you us the dough recipe provided or stor bot you will need to lay it out.  Then added your sauce. In this case it is a cheese sauce so you will have to make it the pit it on the dough. Then all your to ping if you would like them cooked or they need to be Cooke you will want to cook them before had. As the baking of the pizza is mostly to toast the dough and to melt the chees. Put it in at 425 in the oven or if your using a story but recipe following the drections on that for about 15 minutes. The pull out let srt for a minute as it will be hot.let cool cut and serve.

Do has been made and has been pushed out on a pizza pan with a little bit thicker on the edge

Ingredients Equipment Method Notes

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 11/2 tsp of yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Sauce
  • 1 tbl bacon greese comes from cooking the bacon
  • 1 large clover galric
  • 1 tsp flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated cheese
Pizza topping
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheese grater

Equipment

  • 1 mixing pull
  • 1 measuring cups
  • Set measureing spoons
  • 1 pizza pan or stone
  • 1 Frying pan
  • spatula

Method
 

Dough
  1. Combine the yeast sugar and warm water in to a bowl mix together and let stand tell it becomes foamy
  2. Then add oil and mix together again
  3. Add to a mixming bowl if yobhavr not already and then and flour and garlic powder mix together in the bowl tell start oull a way from the side of the bowl.
  4. You can then need the flower in the bowl or you can added to a floured surface to need for about 5 minutes
  5. One this is done cover and let sit
Cooke bacon
  1. Cooke the bacon tell it is nice and crisp as we will want to break it part to put on the pizza once it has cooled
Sauce
  1. Pour out part of the grease for use later and leave what is need in the pan. Turn down heat I’d need. Added minced garlic and flour and let Cooke wail mixing slowly added in the milk a little at a time.once you have added it all in let simer for a few minutes and then added the cheese wail mixing. Once this is done your sauce should be about done
Cook eggs
  1. Break your eggs in to a bowl and mix them together thrnat them in to a media heat pan am sook them scrambled by scraping the the bottom. And braking up tell all most don’t you don’t hsbr to cook them quite all the way as they will Cooke more in the oven
Making your pizza
  1. Preheat oven 425
  2. Grease the pan. Then stretch the dough on to the pan this will make about one large pizza.
  3. Once the dougb is push out added sauce then the eggs and then the cheese and then the baken this will help make sure it is really christly and help give a little more color
  4. Once the oven js preheated
  5. Put in the oven for about 15 minutes

Notes

Different stove and oven have different temperature so you may need to cook it for a little longer

    This turns out really nice haven’t had breakfast pizza in a long time so it was nice to have it again uses to try and get my mom to make it all the time
