- Preheat oven 400
- Get cutting board and knife and bowl
- Cut brussle sprouts in ¼ and added to the bowl

- Cut the potatoes in in to 12 pieces by cutting them half and in half and then cut in to thirds

- Lay on sheet pan in one layer
- Place in the oven for 35 minute and check in are over it takes about 35 to 40 minutes for them to cook
