Method
- Drain pineapple and juice into pot and heat to boil.
- Whisk in a jello packet until dissolved.in boiling juice
- Pour into a heat-safe bowl and refrigerate overnight or until jello has set up
- Use the low setting on a hand mixer to break up jello
- Combine cottage cheese into the bowl and stir until evenly distributed
- Fold in whipped cream
- Smooth out and refrigerate
- Serve cold and enjoy
