After it has been mix and chilled then added pineapples to the top for decoration

Pineapple Fluff

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Crushed pineapple
  • 1 packet Lime Jello
  • 1 bucket Whipped Cream
  • 1 bucket Cottage Cheese

Method
 

  1. Drain pineapple and juice into pot and heat to boil.
  2. Whisk in a jello packet until dissolved.in boiling juice
  3. Pour into a heat-safe bowl and refrigerate overnight or until jello has set up
  4. Use the  low setting on a hand mixer to break up jello
  5. Combine cottage cheese into the bowl and stir until evenly distributed
  6. Fold in whipped cream
  7. Smooth out and refrigerate
  8. Serve cold and enjoy
