    This is an amazing breakfast casserole that you make the night before baked with amazing flavor from the sausage. This is amazing Crockpot Breakfast Casserole casserole is amazing for the whole family 

    piece has been taken out of the crockpot breakfast casserole a little bit of the potato stuck to the bottom so you can see. Also we had waited a little too long. The potatoes had turned a little bit brown instead of staying white like they do if you could come faster, you can see and you can see a little blurry

    The reason that your going to love this recipe

    If you want a nice meal preps for breakfast or your going to feed a crousbd this is a great one

    Your body is going to thank you for all the nutrition that is packed in to this dish

     Really nice to be able to get it started the night before and then be able to make up to this amazing breakfast in the morning

    sausage has been cooking. Onions have been added sausage is still a little pink. onions are broken up all the way

    Ingredients that you will need

    • Sausage - sausages, an amazing addition with eggs, depending on what kind of sausage you use also had some amazing flavor and like to use the sage bacon or maple add a nice sweet flavor or the sage adds a nice earthy tone. 
    • Red onion- adds a nice onion flavor  and a little of color to the process. They do dull as therrr cooking
    • Potatoes -we like to use potatoes for this but I know that is easy to just us frozen hash brown don’t have to great and they break down Easter after being frozen and don’t add as much water so you can us those but we like russet potatoes for this. 
    • Eggs- this is the star of the show they are a great sorce of nutrition and hold every thing together 
    • Heavy cream- this adds a nice cream tast and helps the eggs fluff up 
    • Seasoning- we keep the seasoning pretty simple we use salt pepper and onion and some garlic powder and 
    and see the red onions with the sausage no cooking together in a skillet

    Make Ming crockpot breakfast casserole 

    Potato mix -Cook the sausage over medium meat then when mostly done add onions that are ruffle chopped grating the potatoes and then mix them all together and added to the slow cooker

    Egg mix -Added seasoning, eggs and heavy cream and mix together. Well and then pour over top of potato mixture 

    Cooking- putt on life an let cook for 8 hour on low or 2 ½ - 3 hours add additional cheese to the top and leave tell it melts

    was a little bit messy for mixing the potatoes, sausage and cheese the cream, eggs and onion powder and spices have all been added to eggs ready to mix now the bowl is green

    Verations

    • Adding so vegetables  try adding some bell peppers this is something we normally do but in making this recipe I forgot to added them can added about a cup or green onions
    • Add some spice  try adding some jalapeño or cayenne or pepper flakes 
    • Change the cheese try a different kind of melting cheese like swiss or monterey jack 
    • Add some garnish’s try adding bacon to the top or hot sauce or some sour cream is a great asdiron
    • Add some herbs try adding some basil or parsley to the recipe
    • Change up the meat: try switching it adding in addition some bacon or ham. Or if you like turkey bacon
    cream and eggs evolvement mixed together is light yellow color is relatively thick but no very limpy

    Storage

    Refrigerated once it has cooled put in an airtight container and you can store for about 5 days

    Freezing you will want to wrap individual withand thaw before reheating. You can store for about 3 months

    Reheating you can do in th microbe but we recommend that you heat it up in the oven at 350F (175 C) and bake  15-20 minutes or tell completely heated

    Tips

    If your want an Easter time is frozen hash browns

    If there is water in the crock when you finishing cooking leave the cover off for a little bit and it go a way

    potato mixture has been added to the cook to the crockpot and the egg mixture has been added on top so you can see potatoes, sausage cheese, and the egg mixture on top of all that

    FAQ

    Can I use a liner?

    Yes this can be very helpful in the clean up process but the casserole also takes one the shape of the liner so some people don’t like it.

    Why is it soggy ?

    This could be because of muttivke thing it could because of vrgtiavkr bring in mistier or grease from the meat   You can just take the lid off for a little bit to help but this also tend to make it burn in the sides a some

    • 1 lb Sausage
    • 1 medium Red onion
    • 4-6 small russet Potatoes or 2 lb of hash brown
    • 12 Eggs
    • 1 cup Heavy cream
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Method
