Pre heat oven to 400F
I like to start gathering all the ingredients that I need for this recipe
Chop the vegetable abs to exercise that you desire usually, I leave the mushrooms a little bit bigger but everything else I cut up relatively small so that gets evenly and so the kids don’t notice it as much
I like to sauté the vegetables and some bacon flour or some butter. I’ll use margarine if you would like to help out the flavor of them, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers.
Next mixture, cream and eggs together well then pour over the top of your vegetables
And cheese and place in oven to bake for 15 or tell eggs have set or tell they reach temperature of 160F
