This is an amazing chili sauce pot roast. Great flavor all cooked together and then brought together to make a great sauce for it in the end

Growing up with pot roast we would normally have chili sauce. Homemade chili sauce was probably the closest we had, and we had that one as well sometimes. Added some really amazing flavor. Hearing chili sauce makes you think it is going to be spicy. But it is a really kind of sweet sauce it would go on everything

What you need to make this recipe
- Roast-like to use the chuck roast for this, but any rest will do you wanna have about 35 pounds you could always live in you steal me for the last love sometimes when I just tend to follow apart

- Sauce-sauce made up of garlic, bell peppers, and onion, and some broth. Also, get some flavoring from the meat other seasonings going into the juices all those cooked down all everything’s cooking. You can also make this sauce on its own, but I like the additional flavor from the roast.
- Seasoning-just like to use some more seasonings with this salt and pepper and then also some onion powder to help get the onion flavor throughout. You can also add additional seasonings if you’d like but for this recipe, we’re just trying to keep it simple and delicious.

How to make it
- Seasoning -Gonna start by seasoning meat, getting it all set and combined, and getting the rest of your ingredients together
- Cooking add your potatoes and add carrots and roast and chili. Have other ingredients that need to cook on high for three hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours.

- Season all sides of the roast with salt and pepper
- Added potatoes to the slow cooker
- Add the roast to the slow cooker, and place the potatoes
- Added beef broth
- Added in the papers and onion
- Cover and let cook for 8 hours on low or 3 hours on high
- Pull out the onions and peppers and blend tonkatsu sauce, adding broth from the slow cooker to thin out as needed
- Remove the meat from the slow cooker and let it rest
- Make gravy out of the remaining juices by heating in a saucepan and adding corn starch slurry to thicken
