Jan 8, 2025 · 1 Comment

This is amazing cookie that’s filled with butterscotch chocolate chips, and coconut. It has a nice taste. You’re gonna love these butterscotch and chocolate chip cookies.

Cookies have been pulled out of the oven for these ones because I wanna date them right away and pull them a little bit late so that they’re nice and golden. They’re nice and warm and instead of you can see the chocolate chips and the butterscotch You’re sitting on a slow count Matt on the baking sheet cause it makes it easier to pull them off

The reason is that you’re gonna love these cookies

  • These cookies are super simple to make
  • Have an amazing flavor with a nice butterscotch and chocolate chips kinda reminds me of a Blondie due to how they have a nice chew
  • I also have a nice coconut flavor that’s not overwhelming so they’re a nice balance cookie
  • These cookies can be made within in about 30 minutes
  • there the best cookies

Ingredients that you’ll need to make these cookies

  • Granulated sugar -help me give the cookies and sweet flavor helps everything come together
  • Brown sugar-brown sugar makes it so that the cookies have more of a chewy texture so that they’re softer when you’re eating them
  • Chocolate chips-brings nice chocolatey flavor to the cookies
  • Butter butterscotch chips-subs give the cookies and lighter flavor. The butterscotch also has a lot of flavor.
  • Coconut-hope you had a nice tropical fill to the cookies helps cut through the butterscotch. Has it can be a little overwhelming.
  • Eggs-help the cookies, fluff up in the baking process and helps hold them all together
  • Baking powder-helps with the chemical reaction, the baking process to help the cookies fluff up
  • Baking soda helps in the baking process to help the cookies rise
  • Flour-what holds the cookies together
  • Vanilla extract -that’s a nice vanilla flavor to help balance out the cookies
Cookiesare sitting on a silicone mat and a baking sheet about half the cookies have been taken off

How to make these amazing cookies

Mix the dry ingredients -you’re gonna combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and mixed together in one bowl

Mixing wet ingredients and sugar

In a separate bowl mixed together butter, and sugar

Once combine, add the two eggs and then I like to add the brown sugar at this time

Combin wet and dry

Is all combined go ahead and make the wedding ingredients with the dry typically do this slowly so that doesn’t make a mess.

Add chocolate chips and butterscotch chips like to do 2 cups half-and-half and typically will add the coconut as well is anywhere from a cup to 2 cups depending on how compressed it is just makes it what you want so that you you have coconut throughout usually start with one cup and then add additional if needed

Cooking

How did the baking sheet let cook for about eight minutes to ten they should be slightly under done

Sacked up from the cookies that are sitting on the mat There are five cookies stacked on top of each other Sitting around it

Storage in freezing

He can prepare the cookie dough plugging in our tight container in the store until you want to make them

If you freeze the cookie dough, recommend that you thought before cooking, it can be cooked while frozen but can be temperamental. You wanna cook it at like starting on 325 but honestly, this method is kind of hit and miss.

Variations that you can make of this recipe

Now I must confess that I haven’t tried all these different versions, but here are a few ideas most of them. You just need to reduce the amount of chocolate chips or butterscotch that you had or coconut

Treasure is having chocolate chips switch out the butterscotch just do 2 cups of chocolate chips

Just butterscotch just have butterscotch cookies with 2 cups of butterscotch

Try adding nuts you can reduce the amount of other things that you have in it and add some nuts as well

Trading sprinkles or peanut butter or Reese‘s pieces variety of different things that you can use

The base of this cookie is very stable, but try not to add anything to liquidy or mess with other parts of it or you will change the consistency of the cooking and it may not work

Other amazing desserts

  • Peanut butter cookies
  • Slow cooker Peach cobbler
  • Mango ice-cream
  • Pineapple fluff
  • Frosted sugar cookies
  • Chocolate chip cookies
