    Roasted tomatillos are so easy to make and you only need 4 ingredients to make this amazing salsa verde

    What do you need to make the salsa?

    • Typically, I like to use hatch chilies because of their flavor, which seems a bit smoother than that of other chilies. They also work well in chili recipes, and I probably add a little bit of chili powder. I’ve had my favorite. Hatch chili is an New Mexico chili and hatch just refer to the regain that they are grown in
    • Garlic and several cloves of garlic, just spring earth and makes it very aerobic
    • I just had some nice sweetness to it as well like to use white onion for whatever reason seems to have a little bit of a sweeter flavor for this

    How to make the salsa

    Variations that you can make of this salsa

    •  Try adding some extra heat chilies aren’t hot enough for you by adding in some jalapeños
    • If you wanna make it more like a normal salsa, you can also add some tomatoes to it as well
    • Lana Meissa said to the dish as well, but where I like to have it for either eating just the way it is or heading out the rest. I usually don’t have this.
    • Change the way you toast them try it on the grill or on a gas burner

    Ingredients
      

    • 6 chili
    • 1 pound tomatillos husked
    • ½ large white onion
    • 4 cloves garlic

    Equipment

    • Baking sheet
    • food processor

    Method
     

    1. Prep baking sheet by putting foil on it and place tomatillos chili and onion on sheet
    2. Turn broiler on high and place sheet directly let let roast for about 5 minutes and then turn pepper
    3. After 5 min repeat but also flip the tomatillos
    4. Leave under tell have blackened
    5. Pull off chili and place in container to let steam for 15 minutes
    6. Pull your skin off for Chili’s then place in the food processor the tomatillo‘s garlic and onion
    7. But the food processor around and Teri chicken consistency that you want
