    Ingredient that you will need

    • Chicken thighs you will want to use skinless boneless chicken thighs about 2 pounds as if you use skin on neon in it will take longer to cook and added liquid to the cook and will turn out with a diffrnt look found that out the hard way a few times
    • Ketchup- this helps added some sweet and tang to the mix
    • soy sauce helps bring out the other flavors  and helps added a nice umami flavor to the dish and helps pull  everything together 
    • For seaming we used a combination ofgarlic ,black pepper ,paprika , sesame oil

    How to make this recipe

    • Prep the chicken- pat dry and and cut off any excess fat
    • Marinade - mix together the marinade and and let chicken sit in marinade for a t lest 30 minutes 
    • Cook- cover and cooker on low for 5-6 hours or on high for about 4 hours or tell they get cooked though

    Versions you can try by

    • Try adding added some vegetables  like bell peppers or carrots or some pineapple 
    • Make it a little more spicy with some hot sauce or Sriracha
    • Brighten up the dish with a little citrus by adding some lime or lemon
    • Try adding some different spices or herbs to the mix

    Storing

    • Refrigerator- can be stored in an air tight containers for 3-4 days
    • Freezer can be stored for up to 3 months. When your ready to eat pull out and defrost and then reheat
    Chicken has been placed on a beer of rice has a nice dark red color

    Ingredients
      

    • 6 skinless boneless chicken thighs about 2 pounds
    • ½ cup Katchup
    • ½ cup soy sauce
    • 3 minced cloves garlic
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • ½ teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • Sesame seeds to garnish

    Equipment

    • Slow Cooker

    Method
     

    1. Added chicken though to 6q crockpot
    2. Mix together in bowl the Katchup , soy sauce , garlic, sesame oil, black pepper and paprika
    3. Once mixed pour over the chicken
    4. Cover and let cook on low for 5-6 hours or low for 3-4 hours
    5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve

    Notes

    To thinken then sauce you can use a combines or corn starch and water 2 teaspoon with ¼ cup water
    For best results use boneless skinless chicken thighs you can is chicken breast but but it will change the cooking time
