Ingredients
  

  • 3 to 5- pound post pork roast
  • 2 cups of Coke soda
  • ½ Brown Sugar
  • Tablespoon salt
  • Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of onion powde

Method
 

  1. Marinade your pork by adding your brown sugar and your Coke container with the meat for 2 hours or overnight optional
  2. Take the meat out of the marinade
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the meat. You may need a little extra seasoning depending on if you have the 3 or the 5 pond pork
  4. Cook on low for 7 hours or hours 3 ½ on high
  5. Shred the pork and let cooked for another hour. This is also a good time to see if any addition or spices need to be added
  6. Enjoy!
