- Gather all of your ingredients
- Pull out ribs and go ahead and cut them in half. Peel off the membrane if you need to as well it is on the bottom of the ribs
- Wash potatoes if you are not going to peel them to remove dirt
- Spring Garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper
- Put the potatoes in the slow cooker add the first layer of ribs and then sauce about ¾ of a cup and then add the second one and saice again
- Place lid on top of slow cooker and let cook for 7-8 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high.
- Added the remaining sauce sauce
- (optional) Once done cooking pull out and put on a baking sheet and then place under broiler or in the oven for 5-10 minutes to let sauce crisp up this brings out more flavors you don’t have to do this but is an amazing addition

I tend to make these and the morning and let them sit tell we are ready to eat can leave them on low for about 12 hours before you need to add additional flooded
The sauce in the bottom of the crock pot can be made into gravy.
