Ground beef and broccoli Bowl

If you're looking for a simpler alternative to beef and broccoli, ground beef with broccoli is an amazing dish that requires only a few simple ingredients. Heat the broccoli in a pan, steam it slightly, and cook some beef. You can even break up the beef into tiny chunks to make it easier for kids to eat. To make this dish, you'll need half a pound of ground beef, two crowns of broccoli, and two tablespoons of soy sauce. Serve it with some rice on the side and the whole family will love it!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound of ground beef
  • 2 Garlic
  • 2 heads of broccoli.
  • Salt pepper to taste
  • Corn starch if need for thickening
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cooked rice

Method
 

  1. To make this dish, start by heating up a pan on medium-high heat to get a nice
  2. Once the pan is hot, add the ground beef and break it up into smaller pieces using a spatula.
  3. You can flip the beef over after a few minutes to ensure it cooks evenly.
  4. While the beef is cooking, chop up the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Once the beef is browned, add the chopped broccoli to the pan. You don't need to add any oil since the beef has enough fat.
  6. If you feel like it needs more oil, add a bit of cooking oil to the pan.
  7. Then, add some sauce and other seasonings like salt and soy sauce. Be careful not to add too much salt since soy sauce already has a lot of it.
  8. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for a few minutes until the broccoli is tender or warmed to your taste .
  9. You can adjust the heat as needed.
  10. Heat up rice and then fill with the rice and then add the beef and brocclie on top if desired added aditital soy sacuse
  11. Enjoy your delicious dish!

Notes

Using hamburger patties makes it easier to break the ground beef, and it's also versatile for other recipes. You can use the whole broccoli, including the stem, to avoid wasting any part. Make sure to trim off the very end of the stem and ensure that the florets are firm.
