This is amazing rice bowl with shrimp with a corn and bean salsa with some plantains that have a nice flavor combination that I’ll come together for garlic shrimp rice

Ingredients
  

Rice
  • 1 ½ cups rice
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ tsp adobo seasoning
Salsa
  • ¼ corn kernels
  • ¼ cup black beans drain and rinse
  • 3 green onions thinly slice
  • ½ tsp adobo Seasoning
Plantain and shrimp
  • 2 Plantains cute in 2” slices at en angle
  • 16 medial sized shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 1 tbs Honey

Method
 

Rice
  1. if you have a rice cooker, you can use that if not, he can put a pot of rice and bring to a boil. Then last simmer it takes about 15 minutes.
Salsa
  1. start by adding corn to a hot pan of medium heat roast turn slight to golden brown with beans half the adobo seasoning and then mix green onions
Shrimp and plantain
  1. add a little oil to the pan and put in plantains and fry up until they become a nice golden brown color
  2. put on a plate for later.
  3. For a little bit of more oil in the pan add shrimp till they become a slight pink color.
  4. Add butter, honey garlic to the seasoning and mix together and cook.
  5. Plate and enjoy
