Method
Prepare the Steak

Cooking

Finishing
- Reduce the heat to medium.
- Add the butter, garlic, parsley, and thyme to the skillet. Once the butter melts, spoon it continuously over the steak for 1–2 minutes.
- Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and drizzle with the remaining garlic butter before serving.
