Ingredients
  

Carmel bottom
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tbs corn syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar compresses
Bread
  • About 9 slicesTexas toast. Or 1 inched thick sliced bread
Egg mix
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 2 vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt
Topping
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg

Method
 

Carmel bottom
  1. Melt butter and mix in brown sugar and corn syrup over medium heat tell turn brown and and start to thicken like Carmel careful not to burn
  2. Ven pour over bottom of the pan 9 x 13
  3. Cut the cross off of the bread, placing in to cover the caramel
make the egg mixture
