Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 2 shallot peel andmince
  • 6 carrots skinned and cut at ½” at wen angle
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tablespoon chicken Demi glaze
  • 1 tablespoon savory seasoning
  • 2.5 table spoons butter
  • 2 tsp. Herbes de Provence
  • ¼ cup Toasted pecan slices
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method
 

Chicken
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Pat chicken try and Season with the savory seasonin
  3. Play 2 teaspoons of cooking oil and long stick pan place chicken and pan brown on each side for about two minutes after chicken browns
  4. Take out of pan place on tinfoil on a baking sheet and place in the oven to cook for about 10 more minutes until reaches an internal temperature 165.
Carrots
  1. Brown carrots in pot with a small amount of cooking oil about 5 minutes
  2. Added water and ½ butter brown suger and salt and pepper tast cover and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
  3. Uncovering that simmer into water evaporates off
Sauce
  1. Place pan that you cooekee the chicken back over medium heat add small amount of cooking oil and shallots to pan occasionally for about two minutes until we become tender
  2. Added ½ cup water chicken Demi glaze, chicken Demi glaze, add pepper to taste and bring back to a boil
  3. Remove from burner and added remaining butter and stir in
Finish
  1. Plate added pecan over carrots and serve enjoy
